ÉF ( @e_f_tokyo )とのコラボレーションとして "Cycle初"となるオリジナルブレンドコーヒーを販売。
日本では ÉF だけが仕入れられる インドネシア・スマトラ島の秘境、 タケンゴン村で伝統的な手法と最新鋭の精製方法を取りれ、 時間をかけて丁寧に作られたコーヒー豆を使用。アナエロビック・ファーメンテーションにより チョコレートのような甘味を出しつつも、 ダージリンのような風味とライチのような ほのかな酸味を含んだ特別な珈琲です。
コラボレーションのために作られた、 浅煎りの概念が変わる特別な珈琲ですので、 是非ご賞味ください。

In collaboration with ÉF (@e_f_tokyo), we are selling "Cycle's first" original blended coffee. 
We use coffee beans that are carefully made over time using traditional methods and cutting-edge refining methods in the unexplored village of Takengon in Sumatra, Indonesia, where only ÉF can be purchased in Japan.
This is a special coffee that uses anaerobic fermentation to produce a chocolate-like sweetness, but also has a Darjeeling-like flavor and a lychee-like sourness. 
This is a special coffee created for this collaboration that will change the concept of light roasting, so please give it a try.
