Returns/exchanges of products, cancellation of orders

We do not accept any returns or exchanges of products or cancellation of orders due to customer's convenience (size does not fit, different from image, wrong order, etc.). If the product is defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met. There may be an error of about 2-3 cm during the product manufacturing process. In that case, please note that it will not be treated as a defective product.

After contacting us, the user should return the product in question. In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by us (limited to returns from the delivery destination to which we delivered the product). After checking the returned product, if it is confirmed that the product is defective or the wrong product, we will exchange the product for the correct product. At that time, we cannot exchange other products, colors or sizes. Only if we are unable to secure the product in stock, we will issue a refund.
